Refund policy

Exchanges

At the moment we do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return any item(s) you do not wish to keep, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item(s).

 

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return and send the item(s) back to us according to our instructions.

Conditions of Return

The item(s) must be returned in its original packaging and condition. Any products received that have been soiled, stained, damaged, worn, washed, used, weathered or that have missing original tags attached will be donated or destructed as appropriate and no refund will be issued for the item(s) in question.

Additionally, any books, paper products and other stationery are expected to be returned unused in their original condition and packaging without creases, folds, signs of wear and tear. A return will not be accepted if the products have any extra labels and stickers, have been scribled on with any type of pencil, pen, crayon, highlighter, marker or rubbed on with an eraser, correction liquid or correction tape. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.

To start a return, you can contact us using the contact form. Please, inform the item(s) in question and the return reason(s) for each item. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

 

Damages and issues

All items are regularly inspected before shipment and in the case of a return.

However, we recommend you to always inspect your order upon receipt of the package and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and propose a solution.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of digital items.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Customers will not be refunded for shipping, any packing or packaging materials (such as printing costs of return shipping labels), customs and import taxes and / or other taxes and fees that have been paid in order for the customer to receive the product(s).

All items are subject to availability and can unexpectedly become sold out in the webshop, as well as temporarily or permanently out of stock from a supplier or publisher. We will update the status of your order and suggest a new delivery date or a refund, if you choose to cancel the order under these circumstances.
